Although in entry No 107 in the return of marriage notice +c the female is shown to be a minor yet it is not stated whether legal consent to the marriage was obtained. The return is enclosed for insertion of this particular. It is requested that more attention be paid to the completion of these returns for the future. Wm Brown Registrar General. This marriage has not yet been solemnized - In making the declaration under clause 24 the applicant stated that there was no one in the Colony having authority to give consent. On being informed that the certificate could not issue for 14 days the party left - He promised to return at the end of the 14 days but has not yet turned up.
